Autumn Ember Butter (Pumpkin Butter spread)
Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin purée
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp sea salt
Pinch of cayenne (optional)
Instructions:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients.
Stir frequently for 10–12 minutes until thickened and fragrant.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Cool and store in a jar in the fridge for up to 10 days.
