Ingredients:
2 ripe pears, sliced
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup oat milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cardamom
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a cast iron skillet.
Arrange pear slices in skillet.
Mix remaining ingredients into a batter and pour over pears.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and set.
Cool slightly before serving.
